As Foresthill PUD celebrates its 75th year of service, we're also looking ahead: The decisions we make today will help shape our water system for generations to come. That's why we're inviting our customers to participate in the Foresthill PUD Customer Survey.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and we kindly ask that only one response be submitted for each water service address. Your service address will not be included in any public survey results and is used only to check eligibility.

The survey will remain open through midnight on August 10.

To ensure results reflect customer perspectives, Foresthill PUD employees, Board members, consultants, and contractors are not eligible to participate.

Survey Purpose

The survey is designed to help the District better understand what matters most to the people we serve. We're asking customers to share their thoughts on topics including water reliability, emergency preparedness, infrastructure, Sugar Pine Reservoir, water transfers, and future priorities.

Results will be shared with our customers, employees and the Board of Directors. The Board will use the results to help guide future planning efforts and better understand what is most important to our community.
