Foresthill Public Utility District Notice of Vacancy 

Interested persons are hereby notified that pursuant to Government Code § 1780 there is a vacancy on the Foresthill Public Utility District Board of Directors.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: 

A vacancy exists on the Board of Directors, Foresthill Public Utility District.  
The remaining members of the Board of Directors of the Foresthill Public Utility District intend to appoint a director to fill this vacancy. 
The successful candidate will be appointed to fulfill the balance of the vacant term through 2024. 

Application:  Please submit a letter expressing interest and a resume (chronological, skill-based or combination) affirming that you are a registered voter living within the Foresthill Public Utility District service area.  Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, or e-mail.

Application Deadline:  April 24, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. 

This District Board has 60 days from March 16, 2023 to fill the vacancy by appointment or to call a special election. (Government Code § 1780)  

Pursuant to Government Code § 1780, this notice will be posted in three or more conspicuous places in the District at least 15 days before the appointment is made.
